How to get started:

Step 1: Provide your contact information & a brief description of what you would like to address in therapy.

Step 2: l will reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with you. At this time, we will discuss your goals for therapy and I can answer any questions you may have about my background, intake process, and areas of specialization.

Step 3: If we determine that the services I offer are a good match for the support you are seeking, we will move forward with scheduling your first session.
