Services take place either virtually or in-person at my office in Lodi, California. A hybrid option is also available.

I do not accept insurance. Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance should you choose to explore reimbursement options. For questions related to reimbursement and use of health/flex spending accounts to pay for your sessions, please consult with your insurance provider. I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

If we determine that we are a good fit to work together, then we will schedule your first session. You will receive an email with instructions to log into a confidential client portal. Once in the portal, you will view and complete the initial intake paperwork electronically. This must be completed before we meet for your first session.

We will review any questions you may have about the paperwork you completed or about the process of therapy overall. We will review the information provided in your intake and I will ask follow up questions to gather additional information about your primary concerns, background, and hopes for therapy. We will then work together to establish your treatment goals.

Since I am solely licensed in the state of California, I am only able to serve clients living in California by law.
